Bonnie is an absolute rockstar of a person. I can't even begin to express how much of a badass she is. In an incredibly tough market and just before the election, she managed to get our house off the market in just 2 days. I didn't think it would be possible especially since there were two very smilar houses right up the street that had been sitting for months! Bonnie went above and beyond by coming to our home and putting in some serious elbow grease. She staged our house with a level of professionalism that would rival any TV show, using her own materials and creativity. But she didn’t stop there; she even helped us paint both the interior and exterior of the house.This wasn’t even a big job for her—she took it on purely out of the goodness of her heart and poured everything into it. Bonnie is genuinely one of the best humans I know, and her dedication and hard work are unparalleled. If you're looking for a realtor who will give their all and then some, Bonnie is your person. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Bonnie was a pleasure to work with. She is a great communicator who was always available to answer questions and handle the occasional concerns from both sides of the sale. Her negotiating expertise helped us to make a great deal for all parties. She went the extra mile over and over including pruning an overgrown tree that was making a mess on the front of the property. Bonnie smith doesn’t like sushi. Sometimes she blames it on an allergy, other times she just defers and says it’s not for her. I thought I’d get the negatives out of the way and honestly, that’s about it. Bonnie was referred to us by a longtime friend in the mortgage industry. She was billed as “ THE realtor in Roseville/Rocklin” which is where we were looking for an investment property. We were looking for a specific property that would generate income but also be a good long term investment. The challenge was, we were hoping to land a property in the low price end during a red hot market. She immediately put together a list of properties and she gave us the run down of each neighborhood and the pros and cons. We quickly landed on a few but bidding wars ensued! She really helped navigate the shifting market and gave advice on how we should negotiate. While we missed a property early in the search, we were all convinced we’d put our best foot forward. During the process, Bonnie was always available at the drop of a hat. We’d see something on Redfin and she’d arrange to see it asap, and then add a few others we’d missed. After a couple of weeks, we found the place. It was going on the market over the weekend and we didn’t want a bidding war. On Bonnie’s advice, we put together a strong offer and the buyer accepted it without doing the open houses that the seller had proposed. During the inspection process, she was very thorough, picking up things that I missed and that the inspector hadn’t yet gotten to. Long story short, we ended up with the most positive experience with a realtor we’ve had over our 12 property buying experiences.
